The Corporate SMS service of sending messages to mobile phones is maintained by Webtrade Technologies Ltd. Usage of the Corporate SMS is subject to these terms of service.

Any illegal use of the Corporate SMS service is prohibited, including the sending of messages containing sexual, racist, hatred of discriminatory content and such usage as may be considered to represent harassment to an individual or an organisation.

Any names and mobile phone numbers gathered from prospective recipients are to be withheld with the utmost confidentiality. They are not to be passed on to any third party without prior consent. Webtrade Technologies is not liable for the misuse of this information. You accept full responsibility for the use or misuse of this information.

You are responsible for the careful use and storage of your username and password. We recommend that you change your assigned password when first using the service; additionally, we urge you to change this password regularly and take other appropriate measures to prevent misuse of theft of your login information. You agree that all website activities which can be traced to your username and password are deemed as having been performed by yourself and are legally binding for you.

You accept responsibility for your message content, in accordance with generally applicable laws. Webtrade Technologies does not assume any liability for the content of messages sent. You exempt Webtrade Technologies from any claim that may arise third parties as a result of message content. Webtrade Technologies reserves the right to exclude you from using this service

You acknowledge that Webtrade Technologies delivers SMS messages via major telecommunications companies and mobile network providers and can therefore only influence the delivery transmission of SMS messages within the technical constraints imposed by these providers. SMS messages submitted via Corporate SMS will be transferred to the addressed mobile recipients within seconds to minutes, provided that the recipient's phone is switched on and located in an area covered by their subscribed mobile network provider. You acknowledge that depending on the recipient's mobile network provider, it may not be possible to transmit the SMS message to the recipient successfully, particularly if the provider does not support SMS delivery. Webtrade Technologies cannot guarantee delivery of the SMS messages to recipients due to possible errors on the part of mobile network providers, in cases where this may occur refunds will be given at the discretion of management.

In cases where the Corporate SMS balance account has been inactive for 6 months or more, any existing account balance will be reset to zero. Prior notice of 30 days will be given.

Webtrade Technologies reserves the right to discontinue the service or modify the terms of service without prior notice.
