How many messages can I send simultaneously?
A. Corporate SMS allows you to create your own
customised directory of groups for sending group messages. There
is no limit to how many messages you can send to a group at any
one time.
Q. Can customers
register to receive messages from my account?
A. Yes. Customers or indeed any external recipient
can register to receive messages on any particular promotion or
topic.
This can be done from an independent web page
which we will create, or alternatively, if you sign up for two/way
SMS your customers can register via SMS. When registering via SMS
your client will be immediately placed within their specified group

Q. Is there
a reply option?
A. Yes. The two-way/reply feature allows the administrator
to receive responses/feedback to the mobile phone number entered
upon registration, from SMS messages sent out.
It can be used by employers/employees where employers
can send out task descriptions to employees on the road and receive
confirmation back when the task is complete. Or for merchants, who
want to receive feedback and/or requests from customers i.e. "Your
tickets have arrived. Do you want to collect them or shall we mail
them to your home address? (Collect/Mail)".
Q. Can I send
messages to other countries?
A. With our service, you can send SMS messages
to mobile phone users in more than 90 countries (more than 240 mobile
network operators). The same "all-inclusive" message rates
apply to all destinations. We cover GSM, TDMA and paging networks!
Q. What security
measures are in place?
A. For added security the administrator
of the web site can assign secondary users to have limited access
to the information ie. full list of groups and promotions but not
individual names and numbers. Only the administrator can edit the
groups and promotions.
Also there is a timer that expires after 15 minutes
and prompts the administrator to log in again to ensure that no
third party can access the information if the computer is unattended.
Q. Can I monitor
my past transactions?
A. Yes. From the administration details section
you can view your activity report displaying account transactions
for a specific time period.
Q. What contractural
obligations exist?
A. Apart from our per-message rate, there are
no other one-time/recurring fees or maintenance costs. There is
no minimum contract length or monthly volume requirement to take
advantage of our discounts.

the price rates?
A. The price charged is per SMS per person and
is directly dependent on how many SMS credits are purchased at any

Q. How
do i register / login?
A. Click on the Register Button
on the Front Page. This takes you to the Registration page where
you fill in the required boxes, following the on screen instructions
were applicable – all boxes marked with * are required entries.
Please note, user name & password must be between
6 and 10 characters and are case sensitive.
Once you have filled in all the required boxes, click
on the Register button at the bottom of the page.
‘Thank you for Registering’ will appear
at the top of the page, click on ‘Return to Home Page’
and this will take you back to the Front Page and you can now log
in to your new account.
Type in your User name & password you will
then be logged on to the Administration Page. From this page you
can create your own directory of names and mobile numbers and send
SMS messages.
